  Activities include exercise , spiritual, cognitive, music and wonderful volunteer's who come into our community and share their time. We are Eden Alternative and our approach is looking at the elder and keeping them active in our communities with real life. We encourage their envolement in planning and participating in their home. They are in charge and this tends to help with the plagues of aging loneliness, boredom, helplessness. Our elders can be found planting in the garden, working in the kitchen to folding and assiting in the laundry. It is their home we are guest and are here to help provide any support they need. Our elders can be seen out in the community in our van visiting the local restraunts, wal-marts, and businesses in our community. We have a very active and busy activity schedule.
