Nice place, overall!
reviewed on: 01/15/2016 by AnonymousI think they do a good job overall at Carriage Court. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the people here seem friendly. I really like how reliable they are when it comes to making sure my loved one is up and dressed and makes it down to breakfast every morning! Really the only problems we've had are some minor issues with the laundry service where they will wash but forget to fold her clothes, and wearing wrinkled clothing upsets her.
A breath of fresh air!
reviewed on: 10/07/2016 by AnonymousOn my tour of this community I noticed that they had a upper level. My loved one would have to take an elevator everywhere they needed to go and that just did not work. They do offer a really cool morning room where if the residence don't want to come down for breakfast they can sit there and enjoy it.

reviewed on: 12/25/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerReally nice. Maybe not as nice as Belmont but certainly worth considering. Staff was also really caring about residents. Rooms may not be as nice as Belmont but were very nice also. Really liked the marketing aspect that the director presented. He is a very good businessman and this part of the tour impressed him the most.We would definitely consider Carriage Court as a home for our mother.

He definitely understood my concerns about matching my mom with her current level of functioning, yet the need for being in an environment that understands dementia patients. Facility was clean and cheerful. Patrick offered to show me the memory care unit and it was also impressive. Several ladies were enjoying the spring sunshine via the open doors into the main room. Patrick also provided a contract and resident handbook that I brought home to study.
