Happy with our choice
reviewed on: 10/25/2016 by AnonymousWe looked at 7 other places before deciding on Legacy Oaks for my mother. From the first day, we have been impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff and their willingness to to be flexible to accommodate my mother's needs. The place is beautifully decorated, which pleases my mother very much. Despite her dementia, she still cares very much about her surroundings. She has two big windows and a view of the woods behind the building. We placed a bird feeder outside, and she happy with our choicehas even seen deer. I thought the move would be difficult for her, but she's adjusting fairly well. We are extremely pleased with our choice of Legacy Oaks.
We were very happy with it.
reviewed on: 02/22/2016 by AnonymousWe were very happy with it. We were here for a very short respite stay. Just a couple of weeks, but it worked out well, and we will use them in the future, should we need it again. The staff were extremely friendly, as was everyone there. There was a bit of a mix up with medication on the first day, but they resolved that right away. I would give them a four out of five.
The food is not so great which is why I did not give them a 5!
reviewed on: 08/16/2016 by AnonymousThings are going very well for my mom since she moved into Legacy. The staff is wonderful. They answer our questions and we have good communication. The community is clean and it is a nice place. The grounds are nice. They offer a variety of activities and outings for the residents to enjoy.
The Memory Care
reviewed on: 09/19/2017 by AnonymousIt is a good place for my mom and i like it. We moved her into the memory care and I have been happy. I have neighbors that have family in the community and they are happy. They have a chef who makes meals that are really good. The activities are more in the Memory Care and they do different stuff. I also take my mom out on my days off. It is clean and the Memory Care doesn't smell. I think they became short staffed, there was 2 people in the memory care and now there is one.
