Community Reviews
A Short Experince
reviewed on: 10/12/2016 by AnonymousMy mother lived her for a short time. It was perfectly fine and they were great. My mom was very comfortable at this community and they have been very understand and helped providing resources. They also helped us clean up her apartment. She was not able to take advantage of yoga, the salon, and community events.
Happy Feet!
reviewed on: 08/07/2020 by Juli HThanks so much for arranging a visiting podiatrist during the lockdown. My mother was so happy to have her feet pampered! It is the little things that count during these trying times! Thanks Mendi!
Beautiful View with Deer
reviewed on: 11/13/2013 by Current ResidentIt is great and we love it here. There are a lot of activities however I don't get around very well at all so I haven't made myself available to any of them yet. There are lots of things to do there every day. The food is very good. There's always a salad and entree and a small dessert. We have a two bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen, and a little front yard. Everything is paid for with the rent, except phone and internet service. The people are very nice. If you have a problem they take care of it. If anyone were ever interested, contact Pat. She is absolutely wonderful and will show you around. We have a beautiful view. They left all the trees and each morning you see deer. The community is horseshoe shaped, with a little courtyard that we walk our dog in. It's wonderful.
Beautiful oak forest setting
reviewed on: 08/07/2020 by JuliaThis community is idyllic, just 2-3 stories wrapped around a peaceful oak park with occasional deer that visit. Being away from the highways, the air is fresh and clean. And it is quiet. When we were looking for a place, another fairly fancy facility told me that “their seniors can’t hear the highway anyway”. But they still have to breathe the air. My independent living family member is happy here because the beautiful setting. But the lockdown has been difficult and lonely for many. Thanks to the staff for so carefully guarding our loved ones as we learn how to navigate in our new world.
My experience with Renaissance
reviewed on: 03/23/2021 by anonymousWe chose this facility because they had availability and the pricing was the most affordable we could find. It also seemed to be good quality at the time. They have had some management issues within the last few months and we have also had communication problems with the administrators. There has also been a lot of turnover of staff members recently. The staff they have now are friendly but it will take them some time to get acclimated.
