They have a lot of great activities for him to participate with the other residents. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. We would highly recommend this community for the care of other families for a loved one.
Above and Beyond Delivery Service!

The staff, especially Wendy and Jessica went out of their way to deliver a “special meal from a local restaurant” to our mother that she had requested from us. These people are “special” and really do care for our mother. I highly recommend The Pointe at Cedar Park Assisted Living
Rocky Start!!
reviewed on: 09/12/2017 by AnonymousMy mother has recently made the move into this community and in the beginning it was a really rocky transition. The staff where not prepared for her move at all and where not organized in her plan of care. It really made things difficult on our family for the first two weeks. I will say that things have improved since all of that has happened and changes have been made. I do hope that they can get some more staff employed to help with the resident ratio. There is just not enough people working there and to accommodate everyone's needs. They do have a great happy hour there that my mom really enjoys from time to time. I will lastly say they do have a few really strong people that work there who always go above and beyond for the residents.

reviewed on: 02/01/2021 by Debby WilliamsWhat we really enjoyed about The Pointe in Cedar Park was the smaller size of the facility, friendly and attentive management and level of quality of care by the caregivers. The smaller size allows for more time and personal attention, good size for activities and it felt more cozy like home. The rooms are a good size and you can decorate your front door area which is a very nice personal touch. The rooms have windows that face outside and you can get fresh air and natural light.
