We are not always happy with the decisions, but he tries to be firm and fair. Food is sometimes not the best. I think if he reopens the dining room everyone will be much happier. This is one of my biggest complaints.

I have no complaints. Both my mother-in-law and father-in-law are living at Royal Estates in a well laid out apartment.

reviewed on: 05/03/2017 by AnonymousSince my loved one moved in, he has mentioned a couple of things that have been concerning him. He has complained about the meals and the food service. I have also heard other residents complain about it and publish it in their little newsletter they have there. The place is quite nice, I like it so far but my loved one is not generally a happy person.

reviewed on: 10/14/2021 by anonymousWe did a virtual tour with Royal Estates and it was a good tour, but the location was too far for my dad. He still drives and did not feel comfortable with that area or having to drive that far.
