Community Reviews
Nice place!
reviewed on: 05/22/2014 by Loved oneMy loved one has been here a few months now, and so far things seem to be going great! The staff are all very friendly and very helpful, and the facility itself is nice looking and clean. They provide all sorts of services, med management, 3 trips a week for dialysis, etc. The food is generally pretty good as well, although it can be a bit hit or miss.

A tour for care
reviewed on: 12/16/2016 by AnonymousI toured this community. I did like the staff who were caring and friendly. I saw that they had a good menu and the residents seemed to enjoy the dining. They have activities. The community was well taken care of and enjoyable. I think families might want to tour the community to see if this is what they are looking for when it comes to value.
Not the place for mom
reviewed on: 10/10/2017 by AnonymousI toured this place and was disappointed. Didn't seem welcoming at all and the outdoor area was awful it wasn't covered and this is really important for mom. The rooms weren't the nicest at all. Overall just wasn't the right place.
Best Assisted Living Place in TEXAS
reviewed on: 06/24/2017 by Jill KempaIf you looking for a safe place for your loved Mom or Dad and do not want to worry while they are being cared for. Parsons House Frisco is the place to take them. My mom lived there for 9 years after she had her stroke they gave her a 2 year life expectancy but I believe it was because she was sooo happy and well taken care of at Parsons House Frisco is the reason why she stayed with us sooo much longer. She loved the food and she was a fabulous cook. She loved going out on the Activities Karen is wonderful in keeping them all entertained. They go see Christmas lights and to the Casino and out to lunch a lot. Dallas Blooms...etc... As well as outings of all sorts to local stores and activities doing on in town. Robin Executive Director is awesome and attentive to all of your requests and suggestions and Robin Marketing Director is very wonderful as well making sure you have what you need in your little apartment. I just can't say enough about all of them. The 3 room apartment is just like home we actually brought her chandelier there from the house. She finally died at 89 of old age. We were soo blessed to have her soo long and we attest it to where she lived and was being taken care of. The careworkers are awesome and treated her like her own family member. She actually would want to go back there are 45min when she was visiting me at my house I knew she was happy then. I hope that this has helped someone make a very difficult decision. Make Parsons House Frisco your first and last stop I assure you you wont be disappointed. May God Bless You! Jill K.
