Community Reviews
I like the staff there, their friendliness, and the level of care they are providing for mom.
reviewed on: 01/28/2014 by WayneI have noticed on a number of occaisions where the restrooms were not clean and the garbage was full. That could be improved. The rooms are small, but I like the staff there, their friendliness, and the level of care they are providing for mom.
We are extremely pleased.
reviewed on: 12/04/2014 by AnonymousWe are extremely pleased. We are so relieved that he is cared about and comfortable. He is really happy and has bonded there. They have been excellent. It was a perfect fit for him. The courtyard is really nice, and it's safe, it's contained, but he can be outside. They took him on a fishing trip already, and that really helped with the transition. The transition has been difficult but they have been so patient. They take the time to get to know the family.

Our Tour Experience
reviewed on: 09/21/2021 by JoelOur virtual tour at Brookdale Champion Oaks was great. Due to Covid, it wasn’t easy to come in. The manager did an outstanding job on the video tour, and she answered all of my questions. It felt just like being there. Later on I followed up with an in-person tour with my loved one. We were very satisfied. It ended up not being the place we wanted, but the manager happily recommended another Brookdale location, which he moved into and has been a good fit.
We toured this community
reviewed on: 12/28/2017 by AnonymousWe went on a tour here looking for a place for mom. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions. It wasn't as clean as it could have been. They didn't have apartments here only a private room. We brought mom back over here and she just didn't like it. I would recommend families tour this community before making a decision.
