Community Reviews
Our Tour Experience
reviewed on: 09/08/2021 by JanWe toured pre-pandemic. When we walked in, we didn’t see any residents. We got to view some rooms, and they seemed kind of small. Our biggest takeaway was it just seemed kind of dead. There weren't really any people around, and not much was going on.
Care for mom and dad
reviewed on: 03/30/2017 by AnonymousWe like the care at this community. The staff are caring and attentive. The community is clean and enjoyed. The menu is good, but maybe some small improtments with the salt. They do have alot of nice activities, but my parents are not activite at this time. We would recommend the nice care and value for families for care for a loved one.
A variety of activities!
reviewed on: 02/22/2017 by AnonymousMy mother is adjusting fairly well since her move to the community. The staff is accommodating and the place is kept clean. My mother takes classes every day such as painting and joins activities. They have an area dedicated to memory care and that was the selling point for us.
Highly recommend Orchard Park
reviewed on: 05/25/2021 by Gladys BWe chose Orchard Park because when we went in to tour the facility. everybody was so nice and welcoming. The director stopping and telling everyone hi and knew every residents name and she introduced us to all staff in passing. We loved the open and friendly atmosphere. The room sizes here are perfect for what she needs. Their ability to go above and beyond to help is great, [name removed] is amazing and always made sure I got call backs and that I got through to the right people. My grandma loves it here and I would highly recommend them.
Wife's Mom
reviewed on: 04/09/2016 by JimPlaced my wife's mom in temporarily while we were out of town. When we returned she agreed to stay. She lived with us for about 2 years but had fallen several times in just a few weeks. So far, so good. Meals are good and everyone is professional and caring. I believe this was a wise decision. She will celebrate 99 years young in July.
