Community Reviews
A nice home with care
reviewed on: 12/29/2016 by Anonymous. We took a tour of this community. It was wonderful. The staff is nice and this seems to be a new community. The other residents seem happy here. They did have activities for those who were willing to participate. We recommend this overall care and value to other families.
Our Tour Experience
reviewed on: 09/08/2021 by JanWe toured pre-pandemic. When we walked in, we didn’t see any residents. We got to view some rooms, and they seemed kind of small. Our biggest takeaway was it just seemed kind of dead. There weren't really any people around, and not much was going on.
Highly recommend Orchard Park
reviewed on: 05/25/2021 by Gladys BWe chose Orchard Park because when we went in to tour the facility. everybody was so nice and welcoming. The director stopping and telling everyone hi and knew every residents name and she introduced us to all staff in passing. We loved the open and friendly atmosphere. The room sizes here are perfect for what she needs. Their ability to go above and beyond to help is great, [name removed] is amazing and always made sure I got call backs and that I got through to the right people. My grandma loves it here and I would highly recommend them.
Nice place, overall
reviewed on: 12/17/2014 by AnonymousUnfortunately our loved one's stay here was only a short one, but overall I think they do a good job at Orchard Park. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The memory care residents all seem very well cared for, and their rooms are always clean and tidy. They also did a good job with the food, from what I tried. However, I would say that they do seem a bit understaffed, and for this reason I'd say that the facility may work a bit better for those who are more functional physically.
Very nice place, overall!
reviewed on: 02/04/2015 by AnonymousI think they do a great job overall at Orchard Park. Everything has gone very well so far, I'd give them top marks across the board. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. I do feel they could have been a bit more in-depth with the assessment process. They assessed our loved one on a particularly good day, so I think they slightly underestimated his care needs.
