Wonderful senior care for mom
reviewed on: 10/14/2020 by Residents' daughterMy mom just entered Cedar Crest on Monday, so I really have not had a chance to fully evaluate yet. The management staff has been above and beyond! I needed a place quickly to help with mom whom I had picked up from a rehab facility. Unfortunately, she came out in much worse shape than when she was admitted. Sandy Rasberry worked night and day to get us admitted and has kept in very close contact. Allen Little conducted the interview with me and was completely thorough, assuring me and explaining issues and answering concerns throughout the process. Mom was very content to "return" to CC, as she had stayed there in respite care last December. At this time, I feel confident that she will be happy and well-cared for in the days to come. The only reason for the 4 stars in cleanliness is that I noticed a few tiny ants around her sink area. This should be resolved quickly. Thank you Cedar Crest for being there for mom, LaVerne Killian. A very nice community
reviewed on: 05/18/2017 by AnonymousWe are very pleased with what is going on at this community. The staff are wonderful and take good care of my mother in law. We have eaten there and we like the food. They offer a family night once a month and each month features a different theme. They offer morning exercises, devotionals, crafts and they have someone bring a dog in to visit. The community is clean and well kept. The charges are all inclusive and I would recommend this community.

The staff I met was friendly and nice. The experience was a nice one, but it wasn't the community for my loved one and her needs. Everything went well, and this is a nice community.

The community is very clean and maintained.They would of been able to give him activities. He would of liked this community. He was not able to move in due to financial medicaid issues. I know that families would like the care of the community.
