reviewed on: 06/13/2016 by AnonymousAutumn with A Place for Mom is/was AWESOME. She knew that exact place that my mother needed to be and for the right price. All inclusive is the way to go for Senior Living. Elmcroft at Visa Ridge is a nice place for seniors. Lots of activities for them to do.
Doing The Best They Can

The limited times I have been to the community I have found it to be clean and well maintained. The staff that I have dealt with either in person or on the phone has been professional and nice.
My families experience
reviewed on: 09/23/2021 by anonymousIt was a couple rough few weeks in the beginning they were going through a change in management so some of the communication was slipping, but now everything is improving. The people working there now answer all of our questions quickly, any requests we have are followed up in a timely manner and they have all been very friendly.
They were so helpful. They were wonderful!
