Community Reviews

Great facility

reviewed on: 06/11/2019 by C White

Everyone is so friendly. The facility stays clean and smells clean. Our Nana is so happy and stays active. The only thing we could complain about is sometimes communication is not that great. She missed a Dr appointment because a message wasn't relayed.

friendly experience!!

I have no complaints about the experience I had at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. It was just no the right fit in the end decision.

Friendly and Acommodating

reviewed on: 03/25/2021 by Ronnie

We were pleased with the friendliness of the staff and how open they were to our loved one coming to live here. We had to move rather quickly, and they helped us take care of it within a matter of days. We've had limited interaction with the staff due to Covid, but for the most part they're accommodating and try to help us out with anything they can. If they don't know the answer, they're good about finding an answer for us. We feel like it's a good value - our loved one gets three good meals a day, doesn't feel isolated, and they take good care of her and look out for her. She seems to be very well taken care of.

Really, A Good Facility

reviewed on: 12/05/2015 by Anonymous

The care is great, I just think they are understaffed. I don't know anything they can improve on. The man who took me on the tour was a super nice guy and very knowledgeable and friendly, so I was impressed by that. Everything they told me about it was true, and it was a good facility.

Too new

reviewed on: 09/17/2013 by Donna

The rooms were a little smaller than emeritus. This had only been open since may so there are very few residents there and its further out, my mother was afraid no one would drop by and see her. We tried the food there and the meal we had was good.
