Working out some bugs
reviewed on: 10/24/2013 by DaughterActually, they aids they have there are the ones that do the cleaning and personally, I think they should have a cleaning service. We're in a town that's booming economically so it's hard to find people to work. It's a new facility, so it's very nice because it's new and it's not a full nursing home. It's assisted living and our situation is an Alzheimer's situation so they're in the memory care part and even the memory care is not full nrusing so they serve the purpose that they're there for. They're pretty reasonably priced in comparison to other places. They are a new facility so they're trying to staff and things like that that come with being new, they're trying to work out the bugs.
Friendly and Acommodating
reviewed on: 03/25/2021 by RonnieWe were pleased with the friendliness of the staff and how open they were to our loved one coming to live here. We had to move rather quickly, and they helped us take care of it within a matter of days. We've had limited interaction with the staff due to Covid, but for the most part they're accommodating and try to help us out with anything they can. If they don't know the answer, they're good about finding an answer for us. We feel like it's a good value - our loved one gets three good meals a day, doesn't feel isolated, and they take good care of her and look out for her. She seems to be very well taken care of.
Great facility
reviewed on: 06/11/2019 by C WhiteEveryone is so friendly. The facility stays clean and smells clean. Our Nana is so happy and stays active. The only thing we could complain about is sometimes communication is not that great. She missed a Dr appointment because a message wasn't relayed.
Really, A Good Facility
reviewed on: 12/05/2015 by AnonymousThe care is great, I just think they are understaffed. I don't know anything they can improve on. The man who took me on the tour was a super nice guy and very knowledgeable and friendly, so I was impressed by that. Everything they told me about it was true, and it was a good facility.
Overall a good community for a loved one
reviewed on: 11/09/2020 by AnonymousBefore COVID the activities at Orchard Park were excellent, they would bring in live entertainment, as well as bring in support dogs for the residents. What really stood out to us was how clean it was kept, it had no fowl smells and it was homey feeling. The food was okay, about average.
