we have a bus with a wheelchair lift, provide doctor runs, Monthly Plano Sr. Center activity....listening to the 20 piece band, Friday Wal Mart runs, once a month Lunch-Bunch...will take residents to a different restaurant each month, daily exercises, Bible Study, Bi-Monthly Family Night dinners, Weekly visits by Dr. Hirjee, can be seen by her if family decides, mobile dentist, Home Health & Hospice Care if needed, various entertainers, we have many choirs come in to visit us. Next Family Night, October 16th, we will have a costume contest and a winner will be picked, Bingo, Bridge Club, Painting, Baking and many other activities are offered on a daily basis. -

Needs Better Cleaning
reviewed on: 08/01/2013 by SusanShe hasn't been there very long. She was there for 3 days and she fell so she's in the hospital right now. The staff is great, they really are. They come and check on them and everything. Overall, the cost is fair versus what you see at other places. Her medications were confused. She wasn't getting them when she was supposed to but she hadn't been there long at all so I can't fault them for that. My neice cleans houses for a living and she re-cleaned the whole room because we opted to not have the carpets switched because they looked fine, but when we got there there was throw up and food in the carpet. The room was not thoroughly cleaned as they promised it would be. The activites are great. We talked to two ladies at dinner and they seemed to like it. They said there is something giong on every day.

Genuine and Caring Staff
reviewed on: 04/04/2014 by Loving SonWe are so happy here! My loved one is really settling in here and is getting along well with the other residents. There's something going on everyday, and they let the residents go outside whenever. They have a little button that they can press if anything happens, so they know where they are. The staff are all very polite and very care-giving! What really impressed me was that when I called them, they were the only place that asked about my mom. Peggy didn't make money the most important topic. She kept letting me know that my mom was most important, and that the finances will work itself out. I was so impressed with how genuine they were, and we are so happy with this choice!
Overall this is a pretty good community!!!
reviewed on: 09/14/2016 by AnonymousThe main concern I have with this community is with the staffing. They are understaffed and have a high turnover. I also do not think they have enough supervision. They offer some activities such as chair exercises, however I think they could use some more. The food tastes ok but it does not seem to be very healthy. I would recommend talking to some of the residents and their families before you choose a community.
