Community Reviews

Not Good Enough

reviewed on: 06/28/2017 by Anonymous

I thought they representative was very upbeat, personable, and great when giving us the tour. However we kept returning to a different community.

For Highly functioning seniors only.

A lot of seniors from North Ogden live there. Mom knew most of them. We felt this would allow her to transition into an assisted living a lot easier and it did. This isn't the place if your mom needs a lot of help. This is for high functioning seniors. When visiting I can never find any staff. Various times my mother would run out of supplies such as toilet paper and it would take a large amount of time to track anyone down. It would of been faster to run to smiths and buy more myself. I don't believe the patient to resident ratios because of this. Most of the staff are very nice but seem to be bothered when asked to help with anything. I found that the rooms were not very well cleaned either. Found I often had to recognize when my mother had a UTI infection because the staff didn't pay close enough attention to pick up when they started to act different.
