reviewed on: 02/21/2016 by AnonymousMy mother liver at the Courtyard at Jamestown for 8 years and had a wonderful experience. The people serving there were warm and professional. Good food! They helped us arrange hospice. I am very grateful for all of the care that is available in today's world.
I would recommend Courtyard at Jamestown Assisted Living!!!

The staff are caring, very nice, knowledgable and it is a loving atmosphere. The community is kept clean and they have beautiful flower beds around the building. They offer various activities including fishing and feeding the ducks.

The activities are still pretty limited, our father enjoys the food but our mother is not the biggest fan. We would recommend Courtyard At Jamestown to others
Best place ever
reviewed on: 05/18/2020 by Jody BergerMy mother was only there for about 6 months, but the staff even during that short time was unbelievable. The meals were second to none. There was a flu that went around and the staf fmade sure they immediately took action to protect the residents. During Covid-19, the community was very quick to act and ensure the safety of all the residents. We had a wonderful experience here. The value of the community was definitely worth it. The in-house care giving staff was amazing. They were all very caring and quick to react when needed. At the end of February my mother briefly had to go to hospital and then rehab. The RN that they brought in, however, wasn't able to detect an affliction that my mother had. They provided a ton of activities for the residents. My mother didn't often participate in the actives, but when she did, she loved it! I don't think I've ever seen such a quantity of activities provided at a community like this, but also the variety was outstanding.

reviewed on: 03/27/2015 by AnonymousWe really liked the people at Courtyard at Jamestown Assisted Living before they got bought out by Stellar. We have not been terribly happy with them since Stellar took over. Dad has a thermostat that does not work and the repair man for the building said that family would have to come in and fix it, which I find quite odd. Hopefully things will get better, but right now I am not too pleased.
