Rooms were nice, but hallways smelled
reviewed on: 10/01/2013 by TomWe liked pretty much everything about this except it seemed like when you got in the hallways, the hallways smelled, it didn't smell clean. The rooms were ncie, there wasn't any smell in them, the staff was friendly, the people that we talked to and we had an appointment to take her back there but didn't because of the smell.

Friendly, caring facility
reviewed on: 07/09/2019 by Dearsie W. CarrollOur first impression was with the staff. They were friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with size of the 1 bed room apartment. I had visited other facilities and found the rooms to be smaller. We did however experienced some poor communication and confusion about the move in. I have also had problems with bed linen changes. For some reason, our elderly friend's bed was not changed weekly as indicated. Hopefully this problem had been resolved. The facility is always clean, food is good, and the staff takes the time to talk and listen. But most important of all is that she is happy and content living there and does not even mention her old house. We fretted over the decision for some time about moving her to an Assisted Living. We did the right thing for all of us..She is safe and happy and we don't have to take care of 2 houses. Thank you
