Community Reviews
So far so good
reviewed on: 06/10/2021 by anonymousSo far so good. My loved one is still waiting on the room that she wants that has a kitchenette in it. I would just tell others to ask a lot of questions up front, the little things you don't normally think about like the internet, who will help during move in, etc. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

reviewed on: 05/04/2021 by K.C.A lot has changed due to covid, but they are doing a great job given the circumstances. The staff members are very attentive, they are always there to help and encourage the residents to ask for help when needed. They do not want them to struggle for asking for help. The staff are wonderful, we could not ask for a better experience. Our loved there is absolutely thriving.
Staff is very helpful and friendly as well as residents
reviewed on: 12/18/2017 by AnonymousI have been recommending this location to others. My mother has been here a little over a month now. She had a tough time in the beginning trying to adjust, but it’s something that we’re working toward getting better. She was having issues at the dining facility. They had a meeting with all the independent residents and the dietitian; many people suggested making the same changes. The biggest issue is to have more fresh steamed vegetables instead of over cooking them to death. They told my mother that they would work on that but she hasn’t seen them doing it yet. However, they have spoken with my mother and said if there is anything that she sees that she doesn’t like to tell them what she would like and they will do their best to make it. It is because she is in independent living that she has this option. The facility itself if clean, the staff seems happy to be there, they’re very helpful, and anything you ask they address it immediately. I am happy where she is, she is making friends, having meals with them, and they call her over to eat with them. The staff as well as the residents knock on her door and try to get her involved. The move could have been worse, but they made it as easy as it could be.
