Community Reviews
Very uncaring
reviewed on: 09/04/2016 by John doeIf you care about your family member stay as far away from this place. I wouldn't even trust this place with a snake. The staff all have potty mouths and are very immature. All they care about is their personal life and don't care about any of the residents. If your family member needs to be fed you may as well forget they won't get fed. If your family member needs to be toileted It may get done twice a day. If you need to look for anyone either look in the office, kitchen or smoke area. The help will be nowhere near the residents. If you have a problem defiantly don't go to the administrator. All she can say is "awe, she/he is so cute or she will say adorable. I doubt that she's ever taken a blood pressure and she talks hateful to the other coworkers. I don't know how it passes state inspection. The food is nothing but slop. The kitchen cook does a poor job as well as the rest. The owners of the business will back the workers up no matter what happens.
I had a family member here
reviewed on: 02/01/2016 by AnonymousThe food is terrible! The food that they serve has very little nutritional value. They look to drug the residence so that they don't have to deal with them. There are a few aids that are caring and loving but most are burnt out and don't want to deal with the residents with the dignity that they deserve. if you are looking for an aid look out in the smoking area. they are there most of the time. Residence are left to sit in their bm through the night. They are not paid or trained to deal with the illness that they have to handle. The workers have no supervision!
