Longevity in Staff Means Consistent Care
reviewed on: 09/10/2020 by AnonymousThis is a great location with exceptional access to near by amenities; hospital, rehabs and local culture. There are staff members that have been at The Towers for over 10 years. With that type of longevity, it must be a great place to work and a great place to live.
Great community
reviewed on: 02/28/2019 by Carl WagonerThe Towers is wonderful in so many ways. Clean and bright, smells wonderful, friendly staff, residents who look happy, clean, and well- cared for. Their rooms are spacious and inviting. Most significant is the TLC they give each family and how they address questions and concerns openly and honestly. To have a 3 year license with the state is truly commendable...Well done to all, as it is a team/community effort to deliver the consistent care and resident-centered programming that merits a 3 year license.
Had a pleasant experience
reviewed on: 11/11/2021 by Leslie MI recently attended one of their events called "Fall Festival", at first I thought I would only stay for 20-30 minutes since it was going to be cold outside. But once I got there and heard the performer singing and drank some hot apple cider I didn't want to leave! Then they came around with the food!! Pretzel bite with beer cheese, apple dumplings and funnel cake fries!! I was so glad I came to the event, as soon as my parents are ready to move I am going to tell them they need to move here!
Nice Tour
reviewed on: 10/13/2021 by Alicia HI had a really nice tour here, every room we saw was spacious and clean. They showed off the renovations that were taking place and the pictures of what everything was going to look like. We got a lot of good information from the folder they gave us.
A pleasant surprise
reviewed on: 09/07/2021 by Dwayne BrownWe chose The Barrington at Hioaks because the community director was awesome and answered all of my questions. The staff members here were all very pleasant and happy. and the cleanliness of the facility. They were not super pushy and they gave me time to think and I really liked that about them. They have checked off all of the boxes and I would recommend them to other families.
