Unique Care
reviewed on: 09/16/2019 by JayA great sense of comfort and warmth just walking in the front door. Kind and caring staff, and residents are always smiling. Patient centered care is of priority and is executed. Taking into account the little things in creating a home style setting for residents and families truly makes The Towers unique.
My mom loves it here
reviewed on: 11/11/2021 by J WI always passed this building and never noticed it until my mom needed a new home. We went in and toured, everyone speaks and smiles and mom needs this energy daily. We moved her in here and its been 2 years and now she says it was her idea to move here anyway. This really made me feel like I picked an excellent community.
My mom is slowly making her transition
reviewed on: 08/01/2017 by AnonymousMy mom has had a very hard time with her transitions to The Towers but the staff has been wonderful in working with her and encouraging her to start joining in the many activities like the exercise classes which she is slowly doing. My mom likes going to the dining room and she really likes the food. They are also working with the resident doctor making sure her file is all in order he sees her once or twice a week and will be monitoring her meds There is a shuttle bus for the residents that want to go out shopping, Doctor appointments, and field trips as well. I would definitely recommend The Towers as this has been a positive experience for us.
My Review of The Barrington at Hioaks
reviewed on: 10/28/2021 by Patricia GI've made a lot of friends here, they even allow me to have my dog here! All of the staff love him and always stop and say hello to him and me.
Resident safety is top priority
reviewed on: 09/08/2021 by John TuckerI recently just came to visit my father in law here and was very impressed with how they were protecting everyone from COVID. While I know that the threat is "over" to some people there is a new strain going around and it is just as deadly. I thin the masks are annoying but I appreciate the staff there doing everything they can to make sure my loved one stays safe and healthy.
