Welcoming Staff & Spacious Rooms
reviewed on: 08/19/2021 by JulietI must say I was pleasantly surprised when I toured this facility. Everyone there was so friendly, if we passed someone during our tour they would stop and say hello. It made it feel more personal when I toured there, I didn’t feel like a stranger. I saw the construction plans and what everything is gonna look like and I’m impressed with how modern and elegant everything is going to look. The rooms there are very spacious for the amount of money they are charging. I went looking for my mother who is in a wheelchair and struggles to move around the facility she’s at now but I know that wouldn’t be a problem here.
Amazing COVID safety
reviewed on: 10/26/2020 by AnonymousI am very impressed with the way The Towers has handled Covid. They are close to moving into phase 3 where families will actually get to come into the building and see their loved ones in their rooms again. They had such a limited amount of cases and always were very transparent about when they did. Their proactivity and the measures they have taken to keep residents safe are the reason we are getting to go back and visit so soon when some communities are still in complete lockdown. I feel lucky to have chosen a place for my parents that cares so much about their well-being and socialization.
Nice Building with nice staff
reviewed on: 09/06/2021 by Kathy HI recently toured this building and I think they do a great job of keeping the building nice. Very well maintained with very friendly staff, on the tour everyone would say hello when we passed them in the hall. Some of there staff has been there for about 20 years which really makes me feel good that my dad will have familiar faces taking care of him everyday.
Review of The Towers
reviewed on: 10/02/2020 by Margie EvansI like the food here a lot. The other residents are friendly. I like the exercise classes, it's a good program. When I need help a nurse comes in a timely manner. The courtyard is a nice place to sit in.
Unique Care
reviewed on: 09/16/2019 by JayA great sense of comfort and warmth just walking in the front door. Kind and caring staff, and residents are always smiling. Patient centered care is of priority and is executed. Taking into account the little things in creating a home style setting for residents and families truly makes The Towers unique.
