Many amenities
reviewed on: 10/14/2019 by RobertBay Lake is a beautiful community! The staff were gracious and caring throughout our tour. We had the pleasure of staying for lunch to experience the meals offered to residents. In addition to the wonderful meal selections the activity calendar has lots to offer my mother.

Truly caring staff who go above and beyond
reviewed on: 12/01/2020 by Nancy R.The staff at Baylake are wonderful! They take great care of my Dad and always keep me informed of how he is doing. Nothing is too much to ask and they are always patient and kind even when it's a stressful time. My Dad was hospitalized overnight while I was out of town and they took care of my Dad's dog - his best friend- until he returned. They are truly the best and have made my life so much easier as I am not always worried about my Dad being alone or taking care of himself. Having him move and become part of the Baylake family was the best decision we made.
