Awesome facility!
reviewed on: 05/14/2020 by BartWhen we were looking for a new permanent home for my Mom, we reviewed many facilities. Once my Mother visited Baylake she immediately said “this is where I want to be!” Many factors contributed to her excitement, but mostly the friendliness and professionalism of the staff won her over. She also loved the decor and the many activities that are offered at Baylake. We also enjoyed a couple of delicious meals at Baylake before making our final decision. My Mom has now been at Baylake for seven months and she is absolutely convinced that she made the right decision. She continuously tells me how friendly and courteous the staff continues to be. Everyone there truly takes terrific care of my Mother. She loves them all. Having a doctor on site is also very comforting and reassuring to our whole family. My Mom and the rest of us are also very impressed with the “special” events/functions that Baylake creates for the residents such as the Thanksgiving meal, the special holiday get together and the Mothers Day parade. Our entire family wholeheartedly agrees that we made the absolute best choice for our Mother and she is the number one cheerleader!
