Community Reviews
MG Kirkland
reviewed on: 10/30/2013 by AnonymousOverall the staff is very focused on making the residents feel welcomed and cared for. Horoko, the fitness instructor and Charlie, the event coordinator, are both exceptional!! However, the Maintenance dept is inept as it takes forever to get ANYTHING done. Even the smallest of tasks take forever! Whoever runs it should be replaced by someone who actually knows how to run a maintenance dept.
More like a home.
reviewed on: 04/25/2014 by AnonymousI think it’s a fantastic community in a wonder setting and that everyone we encountered was terrific, professional , and caring. The food is good. There are two areas for residents to be outside. One has a lovely view of Lake Washington and downtown Seattle. There is also a garden seating area. There is also a downstairs seating area. It’s a very short walk to down Kirkland. More like a home.
