Community Reviews
Ridgeview Place Highly Recommended
reviewed on: 12/08/2020 by T. B.My loved one really enjoy Ridgeview. The staff were great. The community was clean. My loved one's room wasn't getting cleaned as I had hoped it would, especially in the bathroom. The younger staff would call my loved one by their first name, and my loved one felt disrespected. They felt that their request wasn't be heard, so the family had to meet with administrative. Ridgeview Place had a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. Some of them were outings for the residents to go to for lunch and shopping, playing bingo in the community, arts and crafts and other activities.
Our experience with Ridgeview
reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymousMy dad has only been here during covid. I think they are in the process of trying to write the ship a bit, there seems to be a lot of staff turnover and they were not prepared for their residents to quarantine in their rooms and my dad got infections from that. I did like the facility in the first place because it was smaller and I felt like they were a bit more eyes on but they suffered due to covid and could not jeep up with care. They did recently hire a new director so we are hoping for the best.
Newly remodeled, getting acclimated
reviewed on: 07/19/2017 by AnonymousThis is a beautifully remodeled community that was reopened a few months ago. I really like the flat rate they are trying to implement. They seem to be trying very hard on getting up to speed with all the new residents coming in and training the new staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff works with my husband to try and get him to socialize more. They have activities and try to get him to participate. My husband is slowly getting acclimated to his new environment. I have seen residents playing Bingo and other various activities. I've also seen the residents happily watching T.V. There is also a lot of socializing going on in the dining room where there is a staff member who helps keep the conversations going. The community overall is shiny new and clean. The rooms are very nice. It is a very spacious facility with plenty of room to move around with a very nice activity center. They offer water and snacks in-between meals. I would like to thank A Place for Mom for all of their help in finding a place for my husband, and I recommend that my friends also use their service.
Ridgeview Place Spokane Valley
reviewed on: 07/17/2017 by DonnaWhen my husband and I walked into Ridgeview we liked it. After meeting the people, and touring the area (Memory Care for my Mom) we still had a good feeling about it. Now, Mom has been there for almost 2 months. Overall everything is great. As the caregivers get to know Mom, things for her and them get easier. I will say it is clean, friendly and they have lots of activities for people. They welcome us if we eat a meal with mom. So happy we found this place.
Pleasant Experience
reviewed on: 07/01/2021 by ChrisI would highly recommend it. They provide friendly service and a great environment. The food is good for my loved one. It is warm and not always meat and potatoes. The staff are good to work with and they are great people.
