Community Reviews
Good facility and staff!
reviewed on: 05/02/2017 by AnonymousMy mother's stay at Ridgeview went fairly well! The staff are wonderful people and it is a beautiful facility. My main concern is the fact that the staff is not always fully prepared when faced with adversity. However, they are polite and do what they can to cater to individual needs.
My experience during Covid
reviewed on: 03/22/2021 by anonymousMy review of the facility is during covid. We chose Ridgeview Place at the time because of the location and for the advertised services, it seemed that the price was good. After dad went in here, there seemed to be a lot of turnover in staffing and inconsistencies. I was not particularly happy with the quality of care that he received here. My dad tested positive for covid and I was not notified for at least 2.5 weeks after, he was also sent to the hospital and I was not notified until the next day. The communication was just not good and sometimes was conflicting. I could not tour or go talk to people face to face, in a different environment without covid, I think it could have been a better experience.
Outstanding.
reviewed on: 04/27/2017 by AnonymousWe are happy with the care of this community. The staff is very nice and we like the care that is being received here. They go out of their way to take great care of my mom and the caregivers are outstanding. The menu is very good and the dining are is beautiful. This is a new community and everything is wonderful. The activiites are wonderful and I like that my mom is receiving here. I would highly recommend the care and the excellent value for great care of a loved one.
Pleasant Experience
reviewed on: 07/01/2021 by ChrisI would highly recommend it. They provide friendly service and a great environment. The food is good for my loved one. It is warm and not always meat and potatoes. The staff are good to work with and they are great people.
Our experience with Ridgeview
reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymousMy dad has only been here during covid. I think they are in the process of trying to write the ship a bit, there seems to be a lot of staff turnover and they were not prepared for their residents to quarantine in their rooms and my dad got infections from that. I did like the facility in the first place because it was smaller and I felt like they were a bit more eyes on but they suffered due to covid and could not jeep up with care. They did recently hire a new director so we are hoping for the best.
