Community Reviews
Ridgeview Place Highly Recommended
reviewed on: 12/08/2020 by T. B.My loved one really enjoy Ridgeview. The staff were great. The community was clean. My loved one's room wasn't getting cleaned as I had hoped it would, especially in the bathroom. The younger staff would call my loved one by their first name, and my loved one felt disrespected. They felt that their request wasn't be heard, so the family had to meet with administrative. Ridgeview Place had a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. Some of them were outings for the residents to go to for lunch and shopping, playing bingo in the community, arts and crafts and other activities.
Pleasant Experience
reviewed on: 07/01/2021 by ChrisI would highly recommend it. They provide friendly service and a great environment. The food is good for my loved one. It is warm and not always meat and potatoes. The staff are good to work with and they are great people.
Overall a good community for a loved one
reviewed on: 11/25/2020 by TrishThe people that were there at the time were very valuable, and the rooms are very good, and wonderful. The value is outstanding, you get a lot for your money. The food overall is good, it would be about a three in a half out of five. We think Ridgeview Place is a wonderful place for a loved one.
Great experience at Ridgeview Place
reviewed on: 12/21/2020 by anonymousWe chose Ridgeview Place because they were able to get my mom in right away and there was no waiting list. We also wanted a smaller facility, we thought she would get better personalized attention this way. They have about 50 residents here and 22-24 staff, so they have a good staff to patient ratio. About once a week, they send out an email to let families know in general what is happening inside the facility. We have had a great experience here and would recommend it to others who are looking.
Ridgeview Place Spokane Valley
reviewed on: 07/17/2017 by DonnaWhen my husband and I walked into Ridgeview we liked it. After meeting the people, and touring the area (Memory Care for my Mom) we still had a good feeling about it. Now, Mom has been there for almost 2 months. Overall everything is great. As the caregivers get to know Mom, things for her and them get easier. I will say it is clean, friendly and they have lots of activities for people. They welcome us if we eat a meal with mom. So happy we found this place.
