Community Reviews
Don't let the exterior look fool you. The inside is full of love and care.
reviewed on: 07/30/2021 by anonymousThe staff and their care services are a five plus. They keep us informed about what is going on with our loved one. On the financial side, they explained everything very thoroughly and took the time to make sure we understood what was in the future for our loved one.
We found it a very down to earth facility, warm and friendly
reviewed on: 05/10/2021 by KathyOur loved one is extremely happy with the food, he absolutely loves it. They are in the process of bringing back the activities. Our only issue we are having is with the billing department and communication, but overall we do think the value for cost is reasonable. From what we have observed they treat our loved one very well, and he is well liked there. He feels very safe and comfortable there.
Overall a good experience
reviewed on: 10/18/2021 by SallyWe chose Royal Park because a fellow nurse I knew did visits here and she was impressed with them. I did also like the fact that if care increases, they will still be able to care for him. He has a studio and is is a good size for what he needs. With covid they have not had as many activities provided as they normally do. His main complaint has been the food, he said it is a good menu but a lot of residents do not like the taste and said it is bland. The services have been affected due to some staffing shortages. The caregivers are extremely friendly and helpful. He has improved since being here. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.
Older, and more spread out, facility
reviewed on: 01/10/2018 by AnonymousI took a tour here. The facility looks, and feels, old. The hallways are narrow and have a general older feeling to them. Everybody was nice, though, and seemed to be interacting with the residents in a friendly manner. It’s a larger multi-story facility and everything is on the first floor; the walk down the hallways to the first floor could be potentially long because the building is spread out. Our feeling was that it would be easier to let yourself be isolated. However, they did offer the ability to roll over to Medicaid if a resident were to run out of money while living there.
I would recommend
reviewed on: 03/01/2021 by anonymousWe chose Royal Park because of the value for the money as well as the convenient location. The apartment sizes here are adequate for her needs. Overall, I would recommend them.
