Exceptional Service
reviewed on: 03/25/2021 by Mark FThe friendliness and ease of contacting them if there was any kind of an issue was great. They always answered the phone. They treated me with respect, and they treated my loved one with respect. If your loved one can't take care of themselves any longer, it's a really good place to go. They did a really great job.
Some bumps in the first six weeks, but overall we are very satisfied.
reviewed on: 06/24/2021 by anonymousIt's a good choice. However, you do need to be an active advocate for your person in the facility. You need to keep track of what is being said and done. It's a nice environment inside and out. The interior is very well designed and colorful. We really like the size of facility itself and also the rooms - both are not too big and not too small. It's located in in a residential section, so it's nice to see people walking around. The food leaves a little to be desired. It's not really geared to the age group that's there with their dental and digestion issues. I feel there should be more "comfort foods" for that age group. There's also too much food, so a lot goes to waste. But it's a very clean place. I've never noticed any smells. The public bathrooms are always clean. Our loved one's rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis, including the bathroom, kitchen, and carpets. And then the dusting is left up to us. The area where she receives her therapy is clean as well. They try to have activities, but some are less successful due to lack of participation. And that could be due to Covid. I don't know what that was like before or what it would be like afterward. I feel they could gear the activities a little them more towards their generation. I like that they have the call buttons for the residents to wear, instead of pull cords. That way they always have access to help.
Great choice for a home like environment
reviewed on: 09/16/2021 by Cynthia KOur experience with Sage Meadow was a very positive one! We were able to get a lot of information about the facility before we even contacted them from online resources. We contacted the staff to learn more and see if this was a good fit for our senior, and she was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I met with her and toured the facility before bringing in our senior. I was very impressed with the layout, decor, cleanliness, and warmth of the place. The facility hosted an “ice cream social” event where we brought her to take a tour and enjoy a treat. She liked everything, from the apartment layout to the meal choices. We were very pleased with Sage Meadow as a quality, home-like environment for those in need of assisted living.
Warm and Welcoming Community
reviewed on: 05/20/2016 by AnonymousEverybody at this community has been very warm and welcoming. My father is doing very well at this community, he seems to have adjusted very well to it. It looks great, they keep the community very clean and nice. The staff is wonderful, they have been very helping and attentive. He has been trying some new activities and that is nice to see. The food is pretty good for the most part. They are caring for him very well and I would recommend it.
Tender Loving Care!!
reviewed on: 03/03/2017 by AnonymousThe staff has been very friendly and accommodating to my mother since she moved in. They are doing PT with her and the other day when I walked in, they were playing mind games which were very good. The food I am going to assume is very good because my mother is eating well. It is a smaller more home-like place.
