reviewed on: 12/21/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerToured facility on Friday. 40 private rooms. Can have own furniture, artwork, however will provide basic if needed. Decor a little dated, but clean. 4 main common living rooms, 2 common dining areas. Staff is long term. Personalized care, even hospice. 15 miles = 23 minutes
Good Care At A Good Price
reviewed on: 08/06/2021 by AnonymousIt appears a little dated due to the furniture and décor when you go in. The staff are friendly and wonderful to work with. They are willing to call with any questions or concerns of our loved one. They have allowed us to see our loved one due to my loved one declining in health, as often as we like.
So far it's working out pretty well.
reviewed on: 02/03/2015 by Loved OneSo far it's working out pretty well. They seem to be doing a good job. It's still new and I am not there all the time. We do get the occasional grumble about food, but some of that is the adjustment, and getting used to it.
Search for Mom and Dad
reviewed on: 11/18/2021 by Nicholas CWe were searching for a facility where mom and dad could stay together. We were very happy with the Sage staff we met and the facility. While we chose a different facility, our final decision was based on travel distance for family members to travel to visit and attend to any other needs for mom and dad. The quality of both facilities was very good. If we have a need to change we will certainly have Sage Meadow on the top of our list.

reviewed on: 12/29/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerI toured this place. I thought it was very nice. Home cooked meals in a kitchen that could be in your own home. The memory care unit was attached right to the assisted living unit. They were seperated by an allarmed door. And the price for both of them was something we could pay without having to sell of f everything. The only real draw back was the distance from where we live to come and visit.
