Outstanding Community with Incredibly Talented Caring Professionals

[name removed] later moved to a beautiful sunlit apartment in the memory care community which went seamlessly. The Community Liaison, Admissions Coordinator, with the rest of the team did an impeccable job for [name removed]. [name removed] apartment was clean, and the laundry service was a blessing. [name removed] enjoyed the dinning and was provided with delicious options. [name removed] would smile and tell me, “the food here is wonderful, you get so much”. [name removed]always looked refreshed, and her hair was always brushed. The entire staff was very attentive. [name removed] truly enjoyed her home at the CASTLE as she called it. I sincerely thank all of you for your excellent customer service. The confidence in knowing my loved one was in great hands receiving the best care possible is an awesome feeling. I highly recommend EASTCASTLE PLACE.
Memory Care at Eastcastle Place
reviewed on: 06/26/2021 by TomWe have been quite please with the quality of care my elderly aunt who suffers from dementia has received in the five months she's resided at Eastcastle Place. I am particularly happy with how they keep the residents engaged throughout the day rather than just leaving them alone in their rooms. While I haven't sampled the food that is served to the residents it all looks well prepared and smells very good. My aunt's apartment is quite nice and kept very clean. The staff is quite friendly and eager to help. We are very pleased with all the staff members we've interacted with during our visits. I would recommend Eastcastle Memory Care to others who might find themselves in a similar situation with their loved ones.

The community and her room is always clean never a problem. They are close to me and they provide the right amount of care for mom.

reviewed on: 08/24/2016 by AnonymousI had an appointment to tour the community Eastcastle Place. The tour guide that normally is there was absent that day and another person gave me the tour. The person that was substituting the tour guide was very accommodating and apologetic. She tried to do her best. It would have been good if the community would have just re-scheduled that tour so i could have had a proper tour of the community. From what i did see the place was clean and safe.
