No Activities
reviewed on: 07/22/2013 by DianeThis place seems okay. My dad has Alzheimer's and lives there. I picked this place because it seemed like some of the residents were still walking around and talking. I haven't seen any activities yet. They just sit and watch t.v. and the screen is small and the volume is low so I don't know how elderly people could enjoy that. I think if they had more engaging activities he might do more. I haven't tasted it, but the food looks pretty good. The initial appearance is really good. It was really clean and new - they do a great job of marketing but in the end it's no different than the other places. They all seem like they try to get by without doing much for the people that live there. My dad was disappointed that you have to take such small rooms because of the cost.

Happy... could be happier
reviewed on: 09/18/2019 by BadgerHeritage has been a good place for my mother. It’s clean, food is great, activities they offer keep my mom busy, staff is very nice to her. We love that she has church to attend on Friday’s and she can get her hair done right on site. However the communication between staff members can improve regarding my moms daily care. Very simple ADL care that should be done everyday for my mom that consistently gets overlooked. This is care that my mother pays for. It could be due to staff shortage as I understand Heritage is going through some changes. I will say Taylor does follow through on return phone calls. We call him when other administrators or the nurse doesn’t return our calls. Kudos to Taylor. We have addressed the issues via conference call. I am looking forward to the improved communication and attentiveness to my mothers ADL’s.
Tour was a Good One
reviewed on: 06/12/2017 by AnonymousMy tour of this community was a nice one overall. From what I was shown the community looked nice. The staff I came across was kind, and friendly. My tour guide was nice, and my questions were answered. I did find another community that suited our needs better, my tour of this community was a good one.
