Community Reviews
Glad they made the move...
reviewed on: 06/25/2020 by AnonymousThanks to the Regency Director’s help, we were able to help our aunt and uncle move into their new apartment without any problems or setbacks. The Loge is very inviting for both the independent and assisted living residents. The staff is always very helpful and the food served has been great. Our aunt and uncle are happy and the transition to Regency has been well received by them.
Clinic In the Facility
reviewed on: 03/23/2016 by AnonymousMy father had adjusted well with his move into the community. The community offer's great activities and good food. The staff is friendly and helpful to us, and the food is okay it could be healthier. This is a good community for a reasonable price. The facility has a clinic on the property so when he gets sick he is treated right there in his apartment.
A Pleasant Tour
reviewed on: 06/13/2016 by AnonymousThis is a fine community. I had no problem during my tour of this facility. Everybody were very polite and friendly. The community looks well maintained. The staff was very kind and informative. It was just to big of a facility for my mother. I felt she would get overwhelmed. They have nice looking rooms. It was a pleasant tour.
Far walks...
reviewed on: 03/02/2017 by AnonymousWhen I toured the ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities in Muskego, the apartments were too far from the main areas. Also, they did not offer 3 meals a day which is what we were looking for.
Good health for all concerned being observed gently !
reviewed on: 09/26/2020 by AnonymousSigned up in March for a Assisted Living Apartment but 'virus' concerns for current residents and 'hopeful newcomers' made the waiting time unsettling. Moving in on 6/3, I found that many cautions were still being enforced e.g., all meals in one's own apartment and restricted use of some open area closed for all activities and individual use. These have gradually been relaxed slowly, but having general visitors is not yet permitted. Dining room use on a 'widely separated' pattern is not conducive to conversation, so socializing is not yet what long time residents remember. All social programs still require distance separation.
