reviewed on: 03/28/2014 by AnonymousThe tour went well. We didn't see Linda, she had a prior commitment. We worked with Paula. She showed us around and answered questions. She also said we should call Linda if we have more questions. Thank You for your help.
Very Helpful Staff
reviewed on: 06/16/2017 by AnonymousMy love one is doing very well with her move to this community. I'am comfortable with the care she is receiving in this facility. She is safe, and in good hands. The staff goes above, and beyond to take care of her, and her needs. When I visit the community is well maintained, and looks great. They provide good meals, and offer nice activities. I'am very satisfied with this community, and I would recommend it.

reviewed on: 11/27/2013 by A Place For Mom CustomerLinda said there are only 3 centers in Sheboygan with memory care we should consider. Dad on waiting list. There are 4 current openings. She claims more family atmposphere than institutional. Linda is very personable and worked before in Pine Haven. She is from Belgium and knows the area. Not fond of Cedar Grove Gardens as they evicted a woman with a stroke as she was to loud. --------- all inclusive $2700 for private room and $3200 for 2 room suite. Take Medicare Part B immediately without 2 years private pay. [removed] 55+; only studio rooms, 14 out of 40 are memory care. 42 Channel TV, activity programs, exercises, music 1x month, Thurs exercise class,Complimentary transport to doctors. Transportation at cost for socail outings. Alarms are on stairwells but not on doors (she says only 3 in area with locks but the monthly costs are > $5000). Caregivers available 24/7. ----- She is also willing to give Dad a trial for 2 weeks or take him for 2 weeks until we get him settled. Key is he must establish care with local physician and it is a state requirement for an assessment (but she would come to house). Recommended we contact ADRC in Sheboygan Falls asking for an Adult Intake Worker to get info on how to relocate Dad from MN.
