reviewed on: 07/16/2017 by Laura BillotThe staff and Kristin the Administrator are very friendly. The rooms are a bit small, being an old convent, but the care out weighs the room sizes. The residents don't spend much time in their rooms anyway. The Activity director always has something going on. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. My mom and the other residents are very happy. If my mom didn't like it there I would move her. I wish the owner Kristin would open an assisted living closer to me so my mom could live nearby, but I wouldn't put my mom in the care of anyone else. I've toured many other assisted livings that are "pretty", but the care they provide is not. Thanks to St John's Manor staff for all you do!!
Wonderful place
reviewed on: 05/21/2016 by LisaSt. John's Manor is a very nice facility. My Aunt lives there now and she is very happy there. Kristin the owner is very knowledgeable and is on top of her game. Several staff have been there for years. The building is very clean and provides wonderful care.
High standards of care.
reviewed on: 01/14/2018 by JanetThe owners are really updating the homes. I work in family care so I know it’s hard for providers to update because of low reimbursement from the county. The Administrator is very personable and knows her residents. It’s nice to see that in a community. I see many facilities each day that are beautiful on the outside but provide poor care. St Johns and St Mary’s really go above and beyond for their residents. I highly recommend these two homes.
