Staff exceeds my expectations continually
reviewed on: 08/26/2020 by AnonymousIf we could give Spring Hills community 6 gold stars out of 5 we would. Due to COVID we haven't been able to go inside, but from the looks of it, it seems to be kept very clean. Since the residents have to social distance, the staff comes by each and everyone's room with arts and crafts, as well as exercise videos they can have. They even set up window visits for families to come see their loved ones. The communication between the staff, the residents, and their families is just simply amazing. The overall look over this community is something right of out an old time movie set. It is so fancy looking, really beautiful.
Spring Hills has the most caring staff!

The always keeps our family up to date on how Mom is doing. They know Mom and her preferences and habits and contacts is whenever something seems amiss. I rest well knowing my mom is well cared for
