The staff has handled the Covid-19 pandemic extremely well and have followed the rules to the T. The food is so good, I go and eat here whenever I can with my mother! We do feel Spring Hills Hunters Creek is a good value for the money.

I really appreciate how supportive and low-pressure they were during the sales process. I let them know that I was leaving the final decision up to my loved one between a few places we were looking at, and the woman we were working with thought that was great and didn't push at all.

reviewed on: 10/26/2020 by AnonymousI was particularly impressed with how this facility kept its residents safe during the recent covid-19 pandemic. Similar facilities in my state had huge outbreaks and some residents died. Not only did SHHC keep their residents safe, they kept lines of communication open with the families by holding weekly status calls, and set up ways for us to Skype with our loved ones when we could not visit.

People very friendly especially the person who showed us around her name is: Teri Richardson, MSHS...Since we have tooken the tour my father has "passed" away in Texas. I informer Ms. Teri and she was very kind to send me a card for the passing of my father. Your company is very lucky to have a employee like her.
