What Assisted Living Should Like.

The care and compassion they offer my mother are what I have always envisioned for meeting her needs for good memory care. Anytime I had a concern or question they have been quick to respond to my concerns. If I had any concern that would require further review they have always follow-up quickly with an answer even if it is was on a weekend. One other important aspect of assisted living beside the medical side is the level of food service. I have been very impressed with their menu selection and of its quality. They listen to their residents for requests and change the menu frequently. The servers are friendly and attentive always exercising patience and respect to each resident. Karen Decker and her staff genuinely offer wonderful care for my Mother. Dan Poole

At meals, there was a menu for residents to order what they wished - and the wonderful servers would have suggestions for what they knew my mom would like when she was stuck in grilled cheese sandwich mode. There were lots of activities each and every day, with outside speakers and performers on a regular basis. The value for what we paid was incredible - before my mom moved to Spring Hills, we had three hours of in-home care daily. It was only 50% more than that to have her at Spring Hills in a wonderful environment that she often compared to being on vacation. My mom was at Spring Hills for over four years - I generally visited a couple times a week and everything was great every time. I wholeheartedly recommend Spring Hills.

The expert attention to his medical needs and personal care along with creative activities provided have greatly enhanced my father's quality of life. Genuinely care and staff at Spring Hills Hunters Creek have exceeded my expectation in every way possible. It is truly a blessing my father is cared for by these amazing people.
It felt like home from day one.

We choose Spring Hills Assisted Living for two main reasons: First, they had a two bedroom suite available that was a perfect fit for them. And second, the community felt more like home and not like a hotel. A large number of the residents were out of their room visiting with others or participating in one of the many activities. The clincher was meeting Regina who is the Community Relations Counselor. Her caring attitude from the start made us feel like one of the family. She is amazing! My folks have been living there for one month so far and just love it. They have made a lot of new friends and the staff has been great. Their care has been superb. I would highly recommend Spring Hills Hunters Creek.
