Review of Spring Hills Cherry Hill - Cherry Hill, NJ
reviewed on: 03/11/2016 by David StahlerMy entire family was impressed by the level of care, quality, and respect that Dad received.
Now tour
reviewed on: 09/29/2017 by AnonymousWe were in a time crunch when we stopped by this community and the staff was kind enough to do a tour for us as they understood our position and were willing to help. I would definitely recommend taking a tour of this community.
Not impressed by our tour
reviewed on: 12/06/2013 by DaughterFor one thing, this location was just too big for Mom to be comfortable in. It would take too much of her day just getting too and from different parts of the facility. Also one big negative was that during our tour, which was 2 hours long, we only ended up seeing 2 staff members.
Spring hills. Good but not what they say it is
reviewed on: 04/06/2015 by Barbara carfoliteWhen I approached Spring Hills about placing my Mom who had a stroke that left Her right side immobile and unable to speak. Throughout the interview process I received nothing but assurance that they could hanfke Mom in her condition and was lead to believe that the assigned level of care(highest) she would receive would address all of her needs. This was sadly misleading. While there is no doubt in my mind the staff cares for the residents their failure to consistently deliver has left me disappointed. I am paying extra for the personal care I was lead to believe was included ( this place is lovely but very expensive to begin with) in monthly fees. With better communication, staffing and practices this place could be great. At present its good and considering it was the best of all I've seen Mom will stay for now.
Very pleased!
reviewed on: 12/04/2013 by DaughterMy Mom really enjoys this community! It's well decorated, and the residents are friendly, alert, and ambulatory. She loves the crocheting group, and enjoys the on-site hairdresser. This was the first community we toured, and we came back to it after seeing numerous others. Mom would like it if the theater got movies more often, and if there were more trips out in a week. I also have had difficulties with the physicians that visit, I don't feel like they provide the same level of service our family doctor did.
