reviewed on: 08/06/2019 by AnonymousOn the first day when my loved one got there, the communication was not very good. There was confusion on which room he was supposed to be in and he didn't have a wheelchair available. It took for me to mention that he needs to get his PT but now that they are doing it, it's going well. For the most part, it is clean. I see a janitor there every day, cleaning. The meals are good and they are trying to accommodate everyone. The communication between the people who sit at the front desk and the aides is not good.

There were a few that went above and beyond. There was room for improvement in the cleanliness and communication as well. We often had to seek to get information.

reviewed on: 08/30/2018 by AnonymousThe rehab therapy is excellent. Some of the nurses were particularly excellent. I was not happy with the whole set up except for the rehab though. I think they are understaffed. They did not give the care to her and her roommate like they should have. The staff was generally good. They were all very friendly. It was pretty clean but the food was terrible.
