reviewed on: 08/30/2018 by AnonymousThe nurses are okay from what I can tell. They give her the medication. Everybody has different care needs. I understand the predicaments. She likes two of aides. I understand there are many caregivers and they do not come when she needs to go to the bathroom.

It has been a year and half since we have been back and we are still pleased for the most part. Pretty much everything but the food has gone well. Although we are having some trouble with her roommate's situation. She was originally having trouble with her roommates and they moved her. We have gotten to know the staff along the way. They have done a good job with their communication.

reviewed on: 08/06/2019 by AnonymousIt has been excellent! The people are so nice and treated my loved one well! I was there everyday and they did a good job. It was all clean as far as I could see and the dining room was excellent. I got a visitors meal a couple of times, and everything was good.

reviewed on: 08/30/2018 by AnonymousI have been to the facility as well as a patient. Overall it is going well. There seems to be a mix in terms of the staff members and the quality of care they are providing as well as their attitudes. There is room for improvement on the meals.
