Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 08/07/2019 by AnonymousI would recommend Willow Springs. The rehab therapists were good. The therapist was very friendly and good. The manager who took care of things for my loved one got what he needed to be done. The nurses were excellent! The food was horrendous.
Review of Willow Springs
reviewed on: 04/02/2020 by AnonymousI think it's well-run, given some of the limitations it has, I am speaking from a hospice point of few. It's different because my mother requires a lot of care and observation. The administration has been wonderful. Admissions was great, they made it a very easy-going process.
Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousMy loved one has had to wait quite a while for an aide to come in. The people are wonderful but they're just overworked. He loves the therapists. They're very nice and caring. I haven't had much interaction with the nurses. The response times are slow. The meals look very good, but they give too much food.
