reviewed on: 12/17/2020 by anonymousWe chose this facility because it was a first time thing and after looking around at about 4 different facilities, it looked homey and the affordable at the time. I would tell others to talk to others who have been there themselves or who have had loved ones in there and have had experience. After our experience, I would not recommend.
If Momma is happy, We are happy!!!

This is the place that you will be very happy with and your loved one will too. Isn't that what is important??!! My Momma is so very happy and content her. We looked at three places, including this one, and we turned right around and came back here to move Momma in. She has so many new friends now and every time we go to visit, she is never in her apartment. She is either in the game room or in another resident's apartment talking. I am so glad that she will never be alone anymore. The employees are gracious and are so very caring and attentive to all the residents. We visit Momma quite often and we see this with our own eyes. When I am not with Momma, I know that she is getting the love and attention that she would if she were with me. The carpet, rooms and yards are all very cleaned and well maintained. So, if you are worried, no need to worry anymore because you came to the right place - Savannah Court of Maitland!!!

The activities are really nice, the schedule is on the board so everyone know what's going on. The nurses are on top of getting the medications to the residents on time and things like that. We have been pleased.

There seems to be something always happening at this community, they had daily activities for the residents. They even provided physical therapy. Overall we believe we our loved one is well taken care of at this community

We had visited several facilities in the Central Florida area including Savanna Court in Maitland for several months. My husband and I have been visiting a friend who is a resident in your facility for nearly a year. While in your facility we were able to observed that accommodations there were very impressive. The rooms were spacious, and furnished with a full bathroom and shower, microwave oven and small refrigerator. Your dining room was very elegant and well staffed with friendly and efficient servers. We brought in our mother for a visit and we had the opportunity to eat lunch at your facility. We found that the food was well prepared and delicious. We were advised that the menu is changed daily. We chose your facility for our mom. My mother has been a resident there now for approximately 6 weeks. This is the first time she has lived outside her home and we were concerned that she would not be satisfied living there. Mom is very happy and she is really enjoying her room, the food and the many activities available there for her. Your staff conduct themselves in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times. The facility is well maintained and managed. My Mom and I are delighted with your services in general. If, I may, we would like to suggest or recommend that additional Spanish speaking personnel be hired at your facility. Again, thank you kindly for your assistant and providing excellent care for my mom.
