reviewed on: 10/05/2021 by anonymousWe chose Sunabella because they were accommodating and really bent over backwards for us. The common areas are very clean, but I do think that the residents rooms themselves could be cleaned more. From what I have heard, it sounds like they could improve on the quality of the foods and variety. The administrative staff is extremely easy to work with and have been very helpful. I can always contact [name removed] and she responds back quickly. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking.

reviewed on: 01/12/2015 by AnonymousI think it's a nice, classy place but for my brother, he isn't as independent as I thought, so he's requiring more help. They are helping him the best they can, even though it's not what they need to do. The manager of the Savannah has been great and helpful.
Insignia Of Towne Lake
reviewed on: 07/15/2020 by AlesiaI have never gone into my dad's apartment and seen it unclean. The staff truly cares about the residents and treats them as though they are family. We do feel like Insignia Of Towne Lake is a good value for the price. We have recommended them to several other families and would be happy to give them a recommendation to Insignia.
