Community Reviews
I would recommend for someone looking for placement
reviewed on: 03/25/2021 by anonymousEven during the pandemic they made good efforts to keep the activities going the best that they could. Our loved one is in memory care so at times he can be difficult to care for because he may forget things more frequent, but the staff members have handled his care so good, they are just so kind to him.
A Visit To The Community
reviewed on: 06/14/2017 by AnonymousBased on my tour they were fine. However I just didn't getting a good feeling for a match. It looked clean. The staff were all nice and good at what they were doing. Everybody was happy when I walked through. The number of people, the layout, and the dining experience was not a good match for my mom.
Very Happy
reviewed on: 02/06/2017 by Mark S.We checked out many facilities both in the Treasure Valley and out of state. Moving to the valley, knowing little about the area was difficult, and dementia issues made our search critical. The staff at Overland Court proved to be knowledgeable, friendly, and confident. We also found the cost/benefit aspect to be favorable. After this first 6 weeks, we remain impressed with the Overland Court experience. The staff has been great and their referrals have all worked out well.
They have a nice outdoor area.
reviewed on: 04/21/2014 by AnonymousI think it’s important for families to realize there are different care levels in the community. They have memory care. I think they could improve the food in terms of offerings and portions. For the food, I’d give them a 3.5. They are quick to respond to residents. They have a nice outdoor area.
Best decision, so thankful for Overland Court
reviewed on: 03/07/2021 by Suzanne M.My parents are current residents at Overland Court Senior Living in Boise, and have been there for a little over a year. Colleen, Melanie, Karen, Kayla, Alicia, and the entire care staff are amazing and I'm so thankful that my parents are being so well taken care of. We had a pretty awful experience at the previous property where they were living in Caldwell and I was so worried when I was looking to move them. Allen, Colleen and Melanie were the first people I met. They were compassionate, welcoming and transparent. Best decision I've ever made! My parents are doing pretty well, despite the Covid restrictions and this is a direct result of the entire team at Overland Court and Karen, the Activities Director, for their positive attitudes, love and compassion for their residents. Every time I ask my parents if their doing ok, their response is always the same. "We are doing fine and they treat us really well here". :) I can't say enough about Overland Court and Frontier Management. Thank you so much for all you do and for the wonderful team you have in place in Boise. I am forever grateful.
