When you are just looking at the nursing care services I would say a four. They have a memory care ward. I've had the food and it's good. When it's spring and summer and the weather is nice, it's landscaped very nicely and they very nice grounds. They have outdoor activities in the summer.

reviewed on: 10/22/2019 by M. MooreMy 99 year old father enjoys living at Cobblestone at AHW. The staff is efficient, kind, and fun. He loves the food (except for green beans). There are lots of activities to choose from. It makes me happy to know he is safe and enjoying life.

But with that being said, her first 2 weeks have been very encouraging. The staff have been very open, friendly and so willing to give mom the best care possible. So far, mom is happy and that is all we ask for.

The room sizes here were appropriate for one person. What I did not like wasa the change of management during the short time that we were here. The last management was not personable or good with communication. Overall, I would not recommend the facility.
