I was hoping a Studio Plus would be open but the Studio was more spacious than I expected. The Chef is from New York & gave me warm cookies, which was a nice touch. Also, liked how the staff new all the residents. It did seem like you had to walk a ways to get to an elevator. There is no pool but may not matter to my mom. Provided 2 meals per day was hoping for 3.

reviewed on: 05/29/2017 by AnonymousWe toured this community and this was a large community then what we needed. The staff was nice, but we did not want a big. They did offer lunch. the community was clean and I would recommend other families to tour this community for the care of a family member.

reviewed on: 01/28/2014 by DaughterWe toured this location when we were looking into options for a loved one. It was a nice looking place, and the staff were very friendly. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of and that any questions we had got answered. I felt like the decor was a little dated, and it seemed a bit dark inside, however.
Friendly and caring
reviewed on: 09/04/2017 by Jan MMy mother has lived at Villa Ventura for almost two years. I can't say enough about how caring and friendly the staff is. The fare in the dining room is very good and has a lot of variation. Activities, including performers, bingo and happy hour, keep her engaged with other residents. It feels like a real home when I arrive in the evening and find some residents playing cards, others in the pub watching a game and another playing the piano.
