Happy with our experience

Also, we were happy with the correspondence we had with the staff member. We only visited here twice as I am out of state and then COVID hit, but the staff here were always very helpful and accommodating. They were always pro-active in trying to get my dad to be motivated to participate in some activities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking. I would want other to know that you have to be ambulatory in order to participate in the fire drills that the facility does.

Since we are not the ones eating there we do not want to take the meals and dining service, but they do have some activities. Today they are actually taking the residents apple picking, and we do know covid has impacted their ability to do a lot of things but we still wish they could have a few more activities.

There was a person to bring her to lunch and dinner, another person to show her where to pick up her mail, a person assigned to bring her to activities, etc. People at Bentley, workers and residents, have all been very helpful in making her feel comfortable.
